A seeker of ancient wisdom, a believer in holistic healing and a wanderer at heart. My journey into wellness began with a desire to reconnect with my body and mind. A path that led me to find peace within the ancient rhythms and sacred rituals that govern much of our lives. Through Celestial Sisters, I am dedicated to helping others find their "inner light" and bring balance to life through intentional movement and sacred rituals.
Wellness is about meeting yourself exactly where you are. My practice is rooted in the belief that yoga, meditation, and healing rituals should be personalized, empowering, and—above all—accessible. Whether we are flowing through a dynamic sequence or sitting in the stillness of a tea ceremony, my goal is to provide a sanctuary where you feel safe to grow.
